16th November 2000
After
15th Shabaan I was unable to write any news about our religious
activities. It was due to the excess of Jashans and then our Jashan-E-Masoomin.
For the Jashan we had Shoara from Pakistan and we became very busy. They
reached here on 16th afternoon and had lunch with us and Sibte Jaffar
along with his wife left, after lunch, with his cousin Ali Anwar sahib and
Rehan Azmi stayed with us. As it was Thursday we had Majlis in the night
and he, Rehan Azmi recited two Salaams, one of Hazrat Abbas and the other
of Bibi Sogra.
17th
Nov 00
17th was Friday and the Jashan-E-Masoomin started at
7.30 in the evening the detail of which is given on the other page( click
here for details ).After that Rehan Azmi and Sibte Jaffar had programs
on every consecutive day, at Mohammad Shah Imam Barghah, Fardaan Imam Barghah, Satwa Imam
Barghah and AbuDhabi.
21st
Nov 00
On 21st Tuesday we
had SozKhani at our place. Sibte Jaffar Saab is a very famous Sozkhan.
And he is working very hard to persuade
Sozkhani in Pakistan ( May Allah help him in his intentions Ameen).
First the
Sozkhans of UAE recited Soz and Salaams Then Rehan Azmi Sahib recited
two salaams. After this Sibte Jaffar took over. He explained to us about
the Soz and Salaam in detail. Then he too recited a few Sooz which were
too good.
After 21st Nov we
are having regular Majalises on Thursdays. As Ramadan has started we
have again become very busy with our programs. The first Thursday we had
Majlis at our place and then there was Shab-E-Dua'a at Ameer Bhai's place.
Due to Ramadan we became very busy hence no news.Second Thursday was Aamaal at Raza Bhai's place.
18th RAMADAN
Then from 18th Ramadan Ayyam-E-Aza starded. First Majlis was at Ameer Bhai's place on 18th ramadan. First Iftari then Majlis. Same night was third Thursday so there were Aamaal at Naseem bhai's place. On 19th Ramadan Sahri we had Majlis, Subh-e-zarbat.The sahri started at 4AM. The majlis started at 5 AM with Hadis-E-Kisa recited by Mohammad Jaghani, soz by Ehsan, one salaam by Hyder bhai followed by salaam and Marsia by Fayyaz bhai.Then Moulana Zaki Baqri recited the Masayb.Nohas and matham followed recited by Hyder bhai and Inayath bhai.Then it was time for Namz-E-Fajr Shuja Bhai Gave Azaan and Moulana Baqri lead the Namaaz
23rd Ramadan, 19th December 2000
Our daughter Sakina Umme Abiha, completed the Holy Quran. On this occasion we had Khatme Quran at the time of Iftar.After Iftar we had two Qasidas followed by a lecture on Quran by Moulana Safder Hadi of Hyderabad.
21st dec 25th Ramadan
This was the last Thursday of the Holy month of Ramadan.We had Shab-E Dua'a at our place.As usual we had all the dua'as of Ramadan and then Moulana Syed Ali Abedi of Bombay recited dua'a Abu Hamza Thamaali with meaning as this dua'a is very long, he recited only few lines.
31st DECEMBER

Tonight,
31st December is New Year's Eve. And every one is busy attending parties
and night clubs, we were busy performing Aza-E-Hussain (MashaAllah). A few
years back Bibi Fatima Zahra's (SA) Shahadat fell on 31st December and we
had Majlis at home. So we (and Abid Bilgirami) thought that it is so much
better to spend our eve in such great Ibadat than attending parties.
Hence our New Year Eve Majlis started. This year too we had majlis at our
place as usual it started with Hadis-E-Kisa by Mohammad Jagani, Salaams by
Nazeer bhai and Ehsan . Then Salaam and Marsia by Hyder Bhai
followed by Hadis by Murtuza. Two Nohas were recited. ( By Abid and Ehsan
). The majlis started at exactly 10.30 PM and ended at 12.30.

Today
8th shawwal (Yaum-e-gham) is a sad day for all the shias. We had majlis at
our place and recited Marsia, Hadis and nohas on the
demolish of Jannatul

8th Shawwal, Wednesday, in the year 1345 AH (April 21, 1925), mausoleums
in Jannatul al-Baqi (Madina) were demolished by King Ibn Saud.

It
has been a long time since I have upgraded this page. Two to three Thursdays
has gone by. Every Thursday we had Majlis as usual, but I was not able to
give account as I was busy trying to include some Audio files to my
site. I have been successful in uploading a few Salaams. Insha Allah very
soon I may be able to have my own Audio Page. Please pray for me. Ehsan is
also helping me, without his help its impossible. This Thursday Abid
recited Hadis-e-Kisa, a salam by Hyder, marsiya by fayaz,
nohas by Hyder and Aqeel. A short hadees ( only masaib ) was recited by
Tahir Mehdi sahab.
26th January 2001
At
last I have succeeded in making some audio files. But I still have to work
a lot on it. I have requested many friends to help me and some of them has
really promised to help me, lets see what happens. meanwhile you could
listen to my few Salaams and Marsias. Last Night was Thursday and the
Majlis was performed as usual. One good thing about this majlis is that
momineen are getting chance to practice their skills. last night Akheel
Bhai recited his new salaam. Which was very nice. Shujaath Bhai has
written a new Noha which he recited last night. Abid is practicing his
Hadis-e-Kisa.
FEBRUARY
Sorry sorry sorry,
Its been a long time since I have given any report on our religious
activities. That doesn't mean that we have stopped having majalis and
Jashans. Of course we had Jashan on the Wiladat of Imam Reza (AS). And we
are having Thursday majalisis regularly. The first Thursday of Feb Aqeel
Bhai recited a salaam composed by himself, and then Shuja bhai also
recited a Noha written by himself on a Hyderabadi taras. On 5th Feb. was
Wiladat Of our 8th Imaam, Ali-E-Raza (AS) and we had Jashan. It was on
Mon. Then the following Thursday we had Majlis and Shuja Bhai recited one
of his Noha. Last Thursday i.e 25th Feb. we had majlis of Bibi Sakina
(AS).
25th
FEBRUARY
As
usual we had Hadis-e-kisa recited by Abid, (i think he improved a bit.)
followed by a salaam by Hyder
and Marsia by Fayyaz bhai, 2 nohas were recited, one by Aqeel and another
by Hyder & Ehsan.
19th February
A well known
Shaer-E-Ahlebait from Lahore Pakistan, Nasir Tahir Ali presented some good
Salaams. Majlis started with Hadis-E-kisa, a soz by Ehsan, followed by
Salaam and Marsia by Hyder. Then Dr.Musadhig Lakhani recited a Salaam of
his. And then Our Mehman Shaer recited few of his Salaams, which were
excellent. Majlis came to an end with a Noha by Aqeel Bhai.
